Our facility

- Toji brewery -

We display antique sake paraphernalia such as
a steamed pot, barrels, fune(a large box made of wood), decanter, sake cups, jars, plates, tea pots etc.

- Ichishima museum -

We display historic memorabilia that originally belonged to Ichishima’s ancestors,
and marriage kimonos worn by ancestors. Also, the letters and documents written by the first owner, Hidematsu.

- “Yumekura” tasting corner -

You can taste 7-8 kinds of sake free of charge such as
very popular Daiginjo and also limited seasonal sake.
You can purchase our sake if you find any preference.
